The Fact Of Life

We all have hectic lifestyles, responsibilities and a tendency to procrastinate (I do anyway!). We see on-line all these crazy methods and procedures for improving memory and gaining the edge on exams when the solution is simple. Look after yourself.Yes it may seem easier than done, but that's not always the case, small acts can cause big effects. For example I am a student and found a number of small easy ideas got my brain on track:

-Drink 8+ glasses of water a day
-Eat small and regularly instead of big portions, big portions burn energy to digest
-Walk when you can instead of driving/bus etc..
-Try do a half hour of exercise daily (or as much as you can)
-Try sleep 8 hours, between 10pm-6am is the most beneficial sleep.

On top of this there are solutions to all the time consuming problems, for example healthybreakfast bars on the go, or nutritional snacks to keep hunger at bay and your brain working at maximum strength. On top of this there are plenty of vitamins tablets available to make the task of eating right easier. Keep scrolling and you will see just how easy it is to get healthy and study well.

I myself have studied through 6 years of school, 3 years of university, while putting in 12-14 hour days in the library, and have come out the other side knowing how to study without driving myself crazy, its not rocket science and if I can do it you can too. The only way for you as an individual to find the way that suits you best is to give it a try, healthy works best.

Having Sufficient Amounts Of Vitamins Is Key!

Vitamins are key to a healthy functioning body, in today's hectic lifestyle they may not be easy to maintain the right levels of each but by taking vitamins you can avoid that issue.
It is true that not all vitamins are appealing by taste and size and outward appearance, but regardless, having the correct vitamins is necessary for a healthy functioning mind that is ready to study hard and tackle exams head on. However that is no longer true as there is now gummy bear flavoured and shaped vitamins that make the process quite simple and even feel like a snack.

The three best vitamins to aid memory and study are:

-Vitamin B, naturally occurring in leafy greens; broccoli, asparagus, strawberries, melons, black beans, leeks, and other legumes, citrus fruits such as oranges and grapefruit, and soy beans.

-Antioxidants(vitamin c, e) are naturally available in blueberries, strawberries, and other berries, sweet potatoes, red tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, green tea and other types of tea, nuts and seeds, and citrus fruits such as oranges and grapefruits.

-Omega fatty acids and are naturally available from salmon, herring, tuna, halibut, and mackerel; walnuts; and flaxseed/flaxseed oil.

For most people ensuring that we eat these required food groups is hassle. We already have enough on our plate, study, work and everything in between, by investing in these vitamins all you have to do is simply pop one in your month on the go or before you leave the house, no hassle, but all the benefits.
